We are pleased to offer a low-cost savings plan to help our patients better afford regular preventative care and dental services. In exchange for an affordable annual enrollment fee, you will receive free cleanings and discounted dental services.

Reduced dental service fees will only be applicable once enrollment has been paid.
Payment in full is required at the time of service; any services not paid for at that time will be billed at regular fees.
If using third-party financing, no discount will be applied.
This offer cannot be used for any specialist services.
The plan remains valid for one year and is non-refundable.
This is not an insurance product.
Please note that Invisalign doesn't qualify for the 15% discount.
